Privacy Policy

StaQ.health · Operated by Waitkevich Ventures LLC · Effective June 10, 2026
StaQ is a personal tracking tool, not medical advice. Always consult your prescriber before changing any medication or dose.

What StaQ is

StaQ.health is a personal medication and health tracking tool operated by Waitkevich Ventures LLC, a Washington limited liability company. You enter your own information; we store it so you can see it across devices and over time. StaQ is not a healthcare provider and does not give medical advice.

What we collect

Account info — handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider: your email address and a user ID. We do not store your password.

Information you enter — medications and supplies, doses, weights, check-ins (symptoms, mood), injection-site notes, free-text notes, and profile details you choose to provide (display name, biological sex, date of birth, height, hormone profile). Some of this is health information.

Diagnostic data — if the app crashes, we use Sentry to capture an error report. These reports are tagged with your user ID only — never your name, email, or the health information you entered.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter, and for keeping your sign-in credentials and devices secure. Information you choose to export or share with others (for example, a provider report) leaves StaQ's control once shared, and how you share it is your responsibility.

How we use information

We use the information described above to provide and operate StaQ, maintain and improve its features, keep accounts secure, respond to support requests, and communicate with you about the service.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your identifiable information for third-party advertising. We do not share information that identifies you except as described in this policy — with the service providers below, in the circumstances described under "Legal disclosures," or as part of a business transfer.

De-identified and aggregated data

We may create, use, and share de-identified or aggregated information — information that can no longer reasonably be used to identify you — to operate, improve, secure, and analyze StaQ and to understand usage trends. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified information.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers that process data only to provide their service to us: Clerk (sign-in), Turso (database hosting — where your data lives), Vercel (app hosting), and Sentry (crash reports, user ID only).

Legal disclosures

We may preserve or disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Waitkevich Ventures LLC.

Business transfers

If Waitkevich Ventures LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of some or all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. This policy's commitments will continue to apply to the transferred information.

Where data is stored

Your data is stored in a database hosted in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you ask us to delete it. During the beta there is no automatic purge of inactive accounts. To request deletion, email jwaitkevich@gmail.com from your account email address and we will delete your account data.

Your choices

You can view and edit your data anytime in the app, export it (Provider Report / CSV), and request deletion at any time.

Security

We use reputable providers and standard protections such as encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

StaQ is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.

Beta

StaQ is in early beta and provided "as is." Features and data structures may change.
